ABOUT SEVEN POINT WELLNESS
Seven Point Wellness is the group practice of Cristina R. de La Mar, M.S., L.Ac., Doula and Phil Veneziano, M.S., L.Ac.
Our scope of services includes: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Therapeutic Bodywork and adjunct therapies (i.e. cupping, gua sha, electrostimulation therapy, far-infrared light therapy, etc.).
We have long-standing relationships with hospitals, surgical institutions, reproductive health clinics and private practices in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Referrals commonly come to us from: Acupuncturists, Physicians, Surgeons, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors & other Bodyworkers, Psychologists /Psychiatrists, etc.
OUR PRACTITIONERS
Our Practitioners are trained with Internal Medicine as a foundation - however each Practitioner
has additional, well-honed areas of specialty, and in-depth "specialty" training and certifications.
PRACTITIONER TRAINING & LICENSING
Our Practitioners are Nationally Board Certified and State Licensed in both New Jersey and New York as Acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners. Their academic and clinical training is grounded in the most current and applicable research, utilizing best practice in their field. Each Practitioner regularly engages in professional development and learning opportunities.
Both Practitioners have completed multi-year Acupuncture Fellowships at Mt. Sinai-Beth Israel Medical Center, and gained hospital credentialing to continue providing inpatient hospital care beyond the Fellowship. Their clinical rounds included: Orthopedic Surgery & Rehabilitation, Family Medicine, Oncology, General Surgery, the Cardiac Step-Down Unit, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Labor & Delivery. In addition, they provided out-patient care as part of the hospital's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program and the Pain and Palliative Care Department.
