Sher & Shabsin, P.C. was founded by Edward Sher and Michael Shabsin in April 2000 by bringing together the experience, stability, wisdom and potential of both of its principals. For many years in advance of that, however, its principals each had a practice concentrated in the areas of creditor’s rights, consumer and commercial collection, collateral recovery, landlord-tenant and commercial litigation.
Today, Sher & Shabsin, P.C. is a full service creditor firm, servicing banks, finance companies, merchants, landlords and other businesses. Its clientele ranges from local St. Louis companies to large national banking institutions. We handle all aspects of litigation whether for collection of money or for recovery of collateral. Through the application of high standards and careful judgment, Sher & Shabsin, P.C. is able to provide excellent legal services for a reasonable price to its long list of clients.
For our clients, we cover the entire state of Missouri and most of Illinois. In addition to being licensed in those states’ courts, we appear in bankruptcy courts on behalf of our clients in those states.
