SJP Wellbeing is a therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy practice & mental health and wellbeing education provider, specialising in young people 10+, parents/carers, and adults with a range of issues, including mental health, addiction, trauma, and grief. All practitioners are neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and integrative, whereby we follow the ethos of 'support the person first' regardless of their diagnosis.
