Skyway Equities is a Real Estate Holding Company whose primary holdings include majority and controlling stakes in both Fibra HD (BMV: FIBRHD15) and Fibra Plus (BMV: FPLUS16) as well as privately held Real Estate arms across Mexico, the United States, and Spain. Skyway centralizes the investment process by consolidating deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, land acquisitions, conceptualization, pre-development, development, stabilization and reversion. Once a new project is defined, it gets assigned for execution with a corresponding business philosophy to maximize its value potential and projected returns to the investor.
