About Social and Technological Systems (SaTS) Lab

(SaTS) lab tackles social challenges using Human Centred Design, Systems Design and Speculative design approaches. Current research projects focus on addressing UN Sustainable Development Goals of health and wellbeing, ageing, global health and education. The SaTS lab is part of the School of Arts Media Performance and Design (AMPD). We collaborate with healthcare practitioners, technology developers and community partners in project planning and execution and knowledge mobilization.
