Social Identity Coaching Lab

At Social Identity Coaching Lab, we nurture people and organizations to get real about equity. We are committed to doing things differently, or--as we often say--we’re committed to flying our freak flag. For us this means we center joy and the needs & aspirations of the people we work with. We approach our work through our core values: self-definition, joy, shifting power, co-conspiracy, and mind-body-spirit. We support clients in the work of personal and collective liberation through: Individual & team coaching; Equity leadership workshops; Equity, conflict & culture accompaniment; and Liberation learning labs & communities. Social Identity Coaching Lab was co-created by Peter Godard of Great Bear Coaching in Chicago, Illinois and Mona Khan of Chiron Strategic in Bethesda, Maryland. We work with individuals and organizations globally, and all of our clients have a mission related to social justice, human rights, or social impact. The majority of our recent clients work in the non-profit, philanthropy, or education sectors.
