Emily has a decade of experience helping people practice simple shifts for more focus and ease in their days - and for better sleep at night. She is a certified (200 hour) Kripalu Center for Health Yoga Instructor, is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques from the UMASS Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness, and is a certified Yoga Nidra instructor.
