Our classes are designed specifically for the workplace, for those whose bodies are still while the minds are busy multitasking. They involve movement to release tension and mindful meditations for finding calm and clarity. MindFresh is our most popular class. The approach is based on traditional mindfulness practices and in-depth user research within the corporate space, making it the most effective practice in keeping the body and mind functioning at peak potential during the work day. It always includes three elements: mindful movement, conscious breathing, and guided meditation. YOGA classes are tailored to the participants needs. They are designed for the workplace, moving the body to release the tension and stress. These are taught as an all-levels class, creating a safe space for everyone. Move the body, still the mind.
