Founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Sunil Dharod, SSCP is a family-owned company which started out operating a single fast-food restaurant and has since expanded into a family of high-profile national restaurant brands and real estate holdings. The Dallas-based enterprise is an award-winning leader in the restaurant industry. Its current portfolio includes over 500 restaurants operating under five distinct concepts. SSCP is the franchisor of Cicis Pizza, Corner Bakery and Roy’s and a franchisee of Sonic and Applebee's. The SSCP real estate practice focuses on retail, multifamily and raw land acquisitions through both portfolio and individual purchases. Sunil Dharod continues to lead the future of the company alongside his son, Chris Dharod, and his daughter, Puja Dharod who are both determined to continue the legacy started and continued by their father. SSCP’s primary objective is to strengthen the communities it invests in and provide second-to-none service through all its businesses. The SSCP Support Center is based in North Dallas' Galleria office towers, conveniently located minutes from the Dallas North Tollway and Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Dallas Galleria Mall, and various other shopping centers.
