About SSD Connect
The SSD Connect Alliance connects the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funded aged care sector with training, resources & support. On this page we post aged care reforms, business transformation, Wellness & Diversity news, training, resources + good practice stories. While we focus on North Metro & West Metro Melbourne + the Loddon Mallee region of Victoria, our resources & training are open to CHSP providers Australia-wide. THE SSD CONNECT ALLIANCE IS: Banyule City Council, City of Darebin, City of Whittlesea, cohealth, Maribyrnong City Council, Merri-bek City Council, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health.
