Stepping Out Program (SOP) is a non-profit community based organisation with a 36-year history working with female adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their related complex trauma. Offering free case management, social inclusion groups as well as trauma recovery and relationships workshops.
We provide trauma informed therapeutic support which emphasises a solution based focus that builds on client strengths with a client-centric approach. Improving capacity to live in the community and reducing social isolation.
