I created Debbie Pugh Coaching to offer hope to all of those quieter people who struggle with their confidence. We live in a loud world, and getting your voice heard can be challenging at the best of times, but when you have low self esteem or low confidence, it can feel impossible. I work intuitively with my clients, responding sensitively to their needs which may ebb and flow during the coaching process. My experience has taught me that the presenting problem is rarely the real problem, and it often takes time to tease that out. One of the things you will get from working with me is really understanding how your thinking is driving your behaviour. Do you really know why you do the things you do? Why change is hard for you? Why you don't put yourself first? Even what you really want.? You'll learn how to become a more effective communicator in all of your interactions, whether at home or at work. You will gain a greater understanding of what is driving others and how they relate to you. Most importantly, by working with me you will have the opportunity to let go of your limiting beliefs and limiting decisions, as well as all any negative emotions that you have been holding onto for years. It's all part of the coaching journey. As an NLP Master Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner I have a range of options to suit you, from 12 month, CPD accredited digital coaching plans through to a 2 day intensive breakthrough programme.
