The SmartTray™ is an FDA Class I device. SureCount Surgical™ owns two U.S. patents and related foreign patents covering a predecessor product and is adding a pending U.S. patent application on a newer model to its patent portfolio. It also will add to the portfolio of foreign patent applications on that newer model.
