NGO "TECHNOLOGY OF PROGRESS'' (ToP) was founded in May 2022 in response to Russia’s military aggression with the goal to promote the development of institutions of civil society, the rule of law, and transparent markets via efficient implementation of digitalization and analytical studies. Our team has extensive experience both in the public and private sectors (Max Nefyodov, Daria Kutsenko, Hnat Zabrodskii, Vasyl Zadvornyy) and proven track record with complex multi-stakeholder projects, such as Ukraine’s award winning e-procurement Prozorro, privatization and lease of state assets Prozorro.Sale, deregulation, anticorruption, e-Health, etc.
Since the beginning of the war, our experts have been working on monitoring and assessment of damages caused by Russian aggression. Currently ToP implements 4 projects dealing with civil monitoring and risk management of recovery, regional damage assessment and implementation of Build-Back-Better principles. The flagship ToP's initiative is a project focused on creating Big Recovery Portal - an online platform for civil engagement and monitoring of recovery projects as well as communication outreach to experts, journalists, and wider society. This project is supported by the European Union, USAID and Prague Civil Society Centre and is expected to become an important part of Ukraine’s recovery infrastructure.
