The Butterfly is an Advocacy Agency, with guidance centered on the client’s needs. Our service is independent, impartial, and confidential. In 2022 we launched the first Employment Business Network to support organizations in enhancing practices of inclusion. The Inclusive Employment Ecosystem goes is a comprehensive solution that goes beyond employment including self-assessments, monthly workshops, goal setting, KPIs, and sharing best practices for sustainable change.
