The EB Space

Welcome to The EB Space! This is a space for employer branders all around the world. An inclusive space. A space to connect and learn and grow. Consultants are welcome, but no vendors, and no selling. No judgement. A space open only to your peers. Chatham House rules apply - what’s said in the space stays there. It's a truly global group, and as of Oct 2024, we have 600+ members over 45 countries. Our goal is to help those in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing roles around the world with great discussion, events, and resources. This global community is for those (new and experienced) who enjoy discussing all things employer brand. We want to help one another work through situations and level up together to further the employer branding space. The group is completely free and confidential. It's a deliberately exclusive group, meaning if you want to join you need to be doing the work, so you'll be asked to fill in an application form as part of you joining. Agencies and vendors are welcome to be partners with our community, but not part of The EB Space.
