On 27 June 2016, The Genome Analysis Centre (TGAC) officially rebranded to Earlham Institute (EI). Please follow our new page to stay in touch! The Earlham Institute (EI) is a research institute focused on exploring living systems by applying computational science and biotechnology to answer ambitious biological questions and generate enabling resources. We have access to cutting-edge, diverse genomics and computational technologies which allow us to tailor our approach to each specific question, coupled with a unique provision to produce and process biological data at a large-scale efficiently. We also host one of the largest computing hardware facilities dedicated to life science research in Europe.
