The Parenting Cipher (TPC), founded in 2019 by Genie Dawkins, has come a long way since its inception in Washington, DC, assisting a handful of local parents. Genie empowers families by providing expert guidance for closing performance gaps and achieving educational equity for their special education child both at home and at school. TPC provides a culturally responsive and parent-centered advocacy experience that supports the entire family. - Growth Cipher is a program that provides families with premium academic coaching, life skills, job coaching, and advocacy skills so students can graduate with a degree and be prepared for career or college tracks.
- Education Consulting and Advocacy: Supporting families by identifying the school model that will best serve their children and how to advocate in the school system of their choice to ensure their child is successful academically. By providing academic planning for private, public, and charter schools that includes academic remediation, college transitions, and Individual Education Plan support.
- Parent/Family Lifestyle Coaching: supports parents with creating a holistic home environment that supports all family members in regards to homelife, mental health, work-life balance, and health.
