The BOP was founded by JudeDavis (www.linkedin.com/in/davisjude), a former Apple marketer and Brand Manager with over 20 years’ experience across corporate strategy, DEI, and community building. After years working at the intersection of culture and commerce, Jude shifted his focus to building something with lasting impact. His deep involvement in race equality, mentoring, and grassroots organising led to the creation of The BOP – a space built to help Black and mixed heritage professionals thrive.
