The BOP

The Black Opportunities Platform (The BOP) is a UK-based network for Black professionals – created for us, by us. We connect, support, and empower through shared experiences, career insights, and opportunities for growth. Our mission is to spotlight top Black corporate voices and build a thriving community committed to progress, connection, and success. The BOP was founded by JudeDavis (www.linkedin.com/in/davisjude), a former Apple marketer and Brand Manager with over 20 years’ experience across corporate strategy, DEI, and community building. After years working at the intersection of culture and commerce, Jude shifted his focus to building something with lasting impact. His deep involvement in race equality, mentoring, and grassroots organising led to the creation of The BOP – a space built to help Black and mixed heritage professionals thrive.
