John is a Nationally Recognized Speaker specializing in Executive Level Coaching. As a Professional Mentor and Leadership Development Expert, John helps professionals establish goals and generate a mindset of growth and change through strategic guidance and practices. John holds certifications in DISC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO-B), as well as a certificate from Cornell University for Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals.
