Jorhat Engineering College was established in 1960 and was among the first few engineering colleges in the North-Eastern part of India. Since then, we have kept our pledge to nurture and cultivate the manpower the Industry needs to grow and prosper. Jorhat Engineering College will be completing its 60 glorious years in this academic session. The Institute currently offers undergraduate and graduate-level courses over a total of 5 disciplines. Legions of companies have hired our graduates and have professed themselves delighted. JEC, Jorhat Welcomes the Recruitment Team of different companies to participate in the campus placement program to recruit the students. JEC also ensures recruiters to provide all support in recruitment efforts to meet the challenge ahead.
