Trend & Thomas is a fully Independent Estate Agency owned and operated by Neil Guilfoyle, an Estate Agent since he was 16! Not quite in short trousers anymore, there is little Neil does not know about the property industry. Neil not only manages Trend & Thomas on a day to day basis & often 7 days a week, but he also lives within the Town Centre in Rickmansworth so is happily & totally immersed in the local area professionally, socially & personally. Neil is unassuming & full of integrity. Most impressively Neil is well respected by colleagues & competitors alike.
Neil’s wife Belinda-Jane also works with him & their young family are at the local schools & nurseries giving them outstanding insights into the needs of current and indeed aspiring residents.
The team of Sales Negotiators, Property Managers, Lettings Negotiators and Administration staff is one of exceptionally long standing service, experience and very importantly, integrity. There are staff who have been with the company for over 10 years and collectively we’ve calculated there is 41 1/2 years of service to Trend & Thomas between us!
