Our evidence-based teaching model is successful because we address the root causes of bias and other negative behavior, help to heal the trauma that comes from that bias and negative behavior, and teach people at every level how to lead and serve with more empathy and understanding to create a more productive and growth-centered environment.

The L.O.V.E. Is The Answer principles we created have even become a pledge that people are taking around the world. The L.O.V.E. Is The Answer Pledge goes as follows: I pledge to LEARN about the people in my community, to unconditionally OPEN my heart to their needs as if they were all immediate family members, to VOLUNTEER to be part of the solution in their lives during both good and challenging times, and to EMPOWER everyone I meet to do the same as if our lives depended on each other.

The L.O.V.E. Is The Answer movement was birthed out of the success of the award-winning film, WALKING WHILE BLACK: L.O.V.E. Is The Answer (www.WalkingWhileBlack.com). More than 300,000 people have participated in film screenings, discussions, workshops, conferences and other gatherings focused on teaching the L.O.V.E. Is The Answer principles.
