TSR Capital Berhad has been listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2002. First incorporated in 1991 as TSR Bina Sdn. Bhd. , we specialise in construction contracting businesses as well as property investment and development. Our expertise covers a wide range of sectors of building and civil engineering works including infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial, defence, health, security, education and transport. As a registered and certified contractor with Certificates such as PKK G7 (Bumiputera) and CIDB G7 (B, CE, ME), we have been involved in construction projects in Malaysia with a total contract amount of exceeding RM 5 billion. A few of the notable projects that we are engaged in and have completed are MRT Depot Kajang, Jawi Prison, UiTM Bukit Besi and Lebuhraya Pantai Timur. Ever since TSR Group engages in property investment and development, we have been expanding by actively securing new parcels of land and planning for development. The Group’s current Headquarters, Menara TSR is one of our accomplishments. This 17 storey corporate office tower with 4 basement car park levels which is located in Mutiara Damansara was solely developed and constructed by us. Another active project is PD Waterfront located in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. It is a mixed development with over 100-acres and a GDV of more than RM 1 billion.
