Gator Real Estate Analyst Program

The Gator Real Estate Analyst Program (G-REAP) at the University of Florida provides driven and high-achieving students with hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and property valuation. Through in-person mentorship, collaboration with industry professionals, and insight from Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) faculty members, analysts develop practical skills that reflect real-world roles in internships and full-time positions.
