UK Precision Ltd is a sub-contract precision engineering company specialising in the supply of high quality machined components using the latest CNC technology which is also part of the Leviathan Engineering Group. CORE SERVICES SPECIALIST COMPONENT PRODUCTION UKP supplies high quality milled and turned components, in a wide range of materials, using advanced machinery for one off to high volume production components. DESIGN & CAD/CAM We use Solid works for 3D modelling to either assist in customer designs or come up with a part from scratch. We adopt a design for manufacture approach ensuring the final design is something that can be replicated on our machines. We also use 3D models (our own or customer supplied) to generate programs for our machines in our ONECNC Cam Software helping to improve accuracy and right first time setups. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT We work with our customers to develop improved products by lowering costs and increasing quality. Machining Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Plastics. CNC MACHINING – SLIDING HEAD TURNING Multi Axis & Multi Spindle sliding head lathe. Up to Ø32mm Bar feed capacity. Medium to high batch volumes. Machining Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Plastics. CNC MACHINING – MILLING Multi Axis Milling machines incorporating 4th Axis. Up to 1,270mm (X axis), 670mm (Y axis) & 625mm (Z axis). Machining Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Plastics, Corian. FINISHING We are able to source a range of finishes through a network of approved suppliers Anodising (standard & hard), Painting, Powder Coating, Plating (gold, zinc, nickel, chrome).
