Worthy Beyond Purpose

Worthy Beyond Purpose is a nonprofit that teaches mindfulness and meditation practices to kids. Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, and with the quantitative validation from the neuroscience field, we understand that children and youth who develop self-regulatory skills improve academically and socially. They are far more likely to develop healthy relationships with themselves and their friends, families, teachers, and peers, leading to a more positive and purpose-driven life. The more these skills are integrated across communities, both adults and children, the more potential for real change lies. We offer a variety of mindfulness programs based on positive mental health and soft skill acquisition. We guide kids in how to unplug and learn to listen to their bodies and their creative minds. Developing mindfulness and meditative practices has profound benefits, and children need them more than ever in our current world climate. Through engaging and developmentally curated classes, we teach our young people how to connect with themselves and others. They learn skills of resiliency, self-love and self-regulation, and authentic inclusion. We’re transforming this world, one mindful kid at a time.
