Forestdale Park, located at the site of Malden’s former McFadden Manor, opened its doors in 2018 as the newest Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Residence. The community features 3 Independent Living apartments, and 59 studio and one bedroom Assisted Living apartments that features our EnrichedLIFE programming. Forestdale Park also accommodates 23 seniors in their state-of-the-art Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® which specializes in holistically treating the symptoms of cognitive issues including Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Forestdale Park is a Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Community, joining sister communities Nashoba Park in Ayer and Concord Park in West Concord. The community is professionally managed by Senior Living Residences, who is certified as a 2023 Great Place to Work and ranked #1 on The Boston Globe’s 2024 List of Top Places to Work in Massachusetts!
