As the only Authorized Training Partner for the nationally recognized Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) in the Tampa/St. Pete area, we offer tiered certifications for leaders at every level—from frontline managers to senior executives. RBLP® certifications are supported by the American Council on Education (ACE), listed as a workforce development resource by the U.S. Department of Labor, and funded for military personnel and veterans through the GI Bill® and DoD credentialing programs.
Leader’s Edge Academy is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
