- Universal brands presentation for Retailers & Wholesalers;- Support on seeking strategic partners to the business;- Responsible for POP Materials coordination for the big licensees (Lego, Mattel & Hasbro);- Support & coordinate of Live Events such as Carnival, Festivals and Runnings;- Head of the team responsible for CP payments, budget control and bridge to the Finance team.

- Construction of a new Royalty Database from scratch for better handling and understanding;- Analyse customers reports and upload them on the new Database;- Work together with category managers and director to understand their daily needs on revenue, sales information and royalty statements;- Monitoring forecasts and preparation of sales performance reports;- Supervision licensees contracts to ensure they will reach their goals.

- Head of commercial Intelligence inside the department, providing consumer insights and sell-out reports to support the business;- Organize events, meetings and training for new and ongoing licensees;- Administration and follow-up of contracts and amendments; - Ensuring license deal requests, documentation, quality and audit reports are accurate and complete;- Performing conflict checks in database for license deal requests.- Work strategically with the category managers and directors to identifying products that are out/underperforming expectations & understanding seasonality by category;- Quarterly monitoring of forecasts and preparation of sales performance reports;- Work with Finance and to create presentations that utilize licensees information, business achievements, financial results;- Manage the coordination of category mailings and communications.

- Support the movies releases throughout Brazil;- Presentations of Warner Bros. brands to retailers & licensees;- Support on Events and Premieres;- Construction of partnerships and regional actions;- Negotiation with stakeholders and suppliers.
