SUNY Alfred State graduate with a B.S. in Forensic Science Technology and an A.A.S. in Biological Science. I am currently employed with Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC as an Associate Scientist in Microbiology. I have experience with instruments such as GC (Gas Chromatographer), MS (Mass Spectrometer), GC-MS, FT-IR (Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectroscopy), HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatographer), AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy), UV-Vis (Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy), Spectrophotometer, Polarizing Light Microscope, Comparison Microscope, Compound Microscope, and Stereoscope. I am familiar with techniques like Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, laboratory safety, staining techniques, micropipettes, glassware calibration, distillation, liquid-liquid extraction, and TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography).
