Major responsibilities: Managed the whole supply chain for new or HMLV products(switches, consumer etc), including purchasing, planning, supply base management, warehouse and quotation etc. Define Materials strategy after input from crossing functions and upper management team.  Identified supply risks and participate new suppliers’ development to make sure the components are met Flex/customer’s request.  Explore all resources on delivery expedition and shortage closure, joint effort with engineering team on the quality improvement of materials.  Ensure smooth product transitions, responsible for supply chain readiness in liaison with internal & external cross functional partners.  Rolled up costed BOMs and make sure the quotes were within target, owned KOI of materials margin.  MPS demand balancing and inventory control, E&O mitigation, aging inventory & AP disposition to meet corporate goals.  Drive initiatives and processes improvement to help the team become more scalable and capable.  Foster trust and maintain positive morale in supply chain team.
