Building the Security Data Science and Analytics program from the ground up:- Establishing the security data analytics platform via Snowflake, Azure ML, Power BI, Cribl, ADLS- Integrated 100+ security-related tables from over 10 unique sources and ServiceNow instances- Security Scorecard: Built a dashboard for C-Suite and C-Suite - 1 to understand their security posture based on their security SLAs and overdue backlog around defects, vulnerabilites, and security issues - DOMO Replacement: Replaced a legacy analytics product (DOMO) and dashboards used by Application Security with more cost-effective tech stack, saving the org $325k annually- Customer Security & Trust: Dashboard to better understand how well our GTM security team is intertwined with sales, what the security posture is of our key global partners. Includes data reported to board of directors- Analytics Adoption: Built an analytics training program specific for cybersecurity to allow them to build high-impact dashboards on topics such as Product Risk, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Detection Engineering, Instance Security Monitoring and more.- Took the org from 0 users of analytics tech stack to over 100 developing on our platform (25% of the org)- Business Operations App: Built an app on the ServiceNow platform to manage headcount and budget planning, saving the team $41k in hours saved per year- Created the ServiceNow Security intern program, allowing interns to collaborate and connect with Security Leadership and each other
