From 2009 to 2024, I was Chair and Executive Partner at Skadden. During my tenure, our firm was named the most innovative law firm in three Financial Times “Innovative Lawyers” reports. Additionally, Skadden became the first law firm to handle more than $1 trillion in global announced M&A deals in a single year, in 2015. I was chosen by The National Law Journal as one of its three most influential law firm leaders.I am an active member of the boards of the Mount Sinai Health System, University of Pennsylvania Law School and Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, where I will serve as chair beginning in 2025.
