Carol has been licensed in Missouri and Kansas since 2006. She is a Broker Associate at Keller-Williams, Southwest Missouri, Inc. Her substantial growth of the Ferguson Team real estate business is proof of her honesty, integrity, and friendships she has developed throughout her career. Carol has been a past State Director for Missouri REALTORS® and the Past President for Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors. Education has been a goal of Carol's since she started in her real estate career. She has earned designations in the following: Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Customer Residential Specialist (CRS), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Short Sales, Foreclosures Representative (SFR). Carol achieved the 2007 Rookie of the Year award and in 2011 Realtor of the Year award. Carol has also established Ferguson Real Estate, LLC School which is accredited through Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) school for students to get licensed in the Real Estate Field for Missouri. She offers the 48 Hour Sales person course and the 24 Hour MREP (Missouri Real Estate Practice) course.
