I leverage my experience in a variety of proceedings arising under Title VII, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Labor Code, the Texas Civil Service Statute, and wage and hour laws, among others, to obtain the best possible outcomes for my clients.
