• Responsible for booking and sourcing musical talent to produce profitable concerts at House of Blues Las Vegas, including the two smaller venues housed inside. These rooms range from 250 capacity to 1,800 capacity.
• Grew profitability for the shows I was directly accountable for by 20% YOY for 3 years in a row, achieving the highest profitability in that category in the venue’s 20 year history.
• Negotiated artist deal terms and conditions with artist agencies & representatives to create win-win business deals for the artist & House of Blues.
• Created staffing budget & assisted in scheduling for all live events & concerts at House of Blues.
• Managed all inter-departmental communication between House of Blues’s Marketing, Special Events, Sales, Restaurant, & Production Departments to ensure smooth operations for live events.
• Facilitated all artist payments, including invoices, wire transfers, check requests, artist settlements & any other necessary administration involving artists.

• Provided booking & administrative support to the President of Live Nation Las Vegas.
• Setup all of the office’s shared documents, filing system and administrative infrastructure to support a brand new Business Unit for Live Nation. This infrastructure has been used as the team expanded from 3 employees.
• Built and managed all offers & artist deals in Live Nation’s internal ROME system, a critical database for internal information.
• Conducted accurate artist financial settlements and acted as a promoter representative for all Live Nation Las Vegas concerts, ranging from 2,300 capacity theaters to 18,000 capacity arenas.
