Here are some things I have learned about myself and/or accomplished in my career:1. Grew from intern to President of Medrunners Nonprofit organization as a senior in college. During that time, I filed 501(c)3 paperwork to legitimize the organization, started and led a Student Organization at GVSU for Medrunners, setup business relationships with local and regional suppliers and ran fundraising. 2. Became Lean Six-Sigma certified in process evaluation and development. 3. Built a new line of business in legal advertising during my time with Towne Auction. I designed the entire process and managed the daily operations while also maintaining the client and vendor relationships. This line of business generated over $200K in revenue in year one. 4. Led a large team of over 100 employees with Allegiant Nonstop, while also developing training and safety manuals. I also created and led several team building events, such as employee only eSports events and other activities. 5. Most recently, with B2 Sports Hub, we have built a large online community and become one of the most reputable up-and-coming Sports Card, Memorabilia, and collectibles brands. Our brick and mortar store opened the summer of 2021 and has become a popular hub for local collectors and enthusiasts. 6. I consider myself a process minded thinker. I also believe myself to be tech savvy and I try to leverage the advantages that technology can offer when possible. 7. I thrive when working in a team environment and have been known as the calming presence when things get chaotic. I believe strongly in investing in people and building strong working relationships through mutual respect and consistency.
