1- Collaborate with internal HR partners to maintain market equitable pricing using Payfactors.2- Calibrate international LRP merit pools using survey, economic and internal financial data by worker type and company.3- Develop geographically differentiated salary ranges for Mexico using worker location.4- Create internal HRBP data reference tools and market analysis.5- Support CBA negotiations by analyzing unionized workforce for market alignment and maximum bargaining authority.6- Managed the survey generation and submission process for IPAS, WTW and miscellaneous pulse surveys.7- Audit internal business processes, data changes, and employee actions to ensure alignment with stated Compensation Administration Guidelines.8- Administer Payfactors updates to ranges, market structures and job pricing to ensure accurate data for analysis.9- Assist with Workday Annual Process configuration and reporting (Merit, Bonus, Equity).
