Aaron did a wonderful job of looking at the current state and distilling a set of useful styles to use for typography. He made sure his proposed styles were useful by building them into our Figma libraries and including guidance on how they could be used. This made it quick and easy for other designers to start to adopt them and push them into their projects. The thing that stood out to about Aaron was that he always worked hard to really understand a problem or opportunity; who the target users were and what their needs were.
