Mr. Mann has more than 30 years in the utility industry with 20 years at a major western utility and 12 years in consulting with an emphasis in the private sector. Mr. Mann has supported numerous clients including large investor owned electric utilities, Electric Cooperatives and municipal utilities, industrial manufacturing, DoD and Department of Energy (DOE) facilities, state and local governments. He has managed numerous projects for electric utilities, including monitoring, resource planning, siting, permitting and compliance support for large fossil fuel-fired boilers, turbine generators, hazardous waste incinerators as well as electric and gas transmission projects. He has an in depth knowledge of the Clean Air Act, New Source Performance Standard, the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants and Prevention of Significant Deterioration regulations and policy. Mr. Mann has directed research efforts for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) for waste, water, and pollution prevention and managed monitoring, permitting, and compliance for industrial clients throughout the western U.S. Mr. Mann is a senior project manager who brings understands the private sector as well as government needs in the environmental arena and has a demonstrated ability to find effective solutions for both small and large projects by working with clients and bringing the right resources and their changing needs.
