In this role I was responsible for the support and maintenance of the trusts 2000+ PCs and Laptops and support 2000+ users. During this time I have won 2 Team of the Year Awards and gained skills in;- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network/USB printers and scanners- Support and maintain Blackberry Devices- Provide desktop support to 2000+ PC/Laptops and 3000+ users- Diagnose and resolve technical issues- Install authorised software to laptops and desktops- Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops- Fault-finding to laptops and desktops- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops- Patching of network and phones- Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained- Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements- Managing Microsoft Active directory and DHCP- Troubleshooting issues with Printers, WiFi , network and other shared services- Planning future improvements & assisting with office relocation's - Cable Management- Investigation skills. Gathering, organisation and interpreting evidence gathered from logs and systems.- Asset Management
