I am a man of faith, an entrepreneur, a re-entry expert, and a film producer dedicated to reshaping narratives around marginalized and justice-impacted communities. Before my incarceration, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Columbia College in Chicago. However, my misaligned desire for success led me to a federal sentence of 9 years and 5 months on drug trafficking charges. I was released in 2019.During my time in prison, I underwent a profound transformation. Through faith, education, and leadership roles, I redefined my identity and recognized my inherent entrepreneurial spirit. Armed with a renewed purpose, I emerged determined to bridge the economic disparities faced by those affected by the justice system;through addressing housing,financial empowerment & access to sustainable careers.I founded several impactful ventures, including Escape the Odds Media & Education, which empowers individuals by providing educational programming to correctional facilities and community organizations. I also established SwitchHustlesUniversity.com, an innovative online education platform designed to equip people with the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce or start their own businesses.
