-Specialized and certified in Workday Student Core and Academic Services -Successfully implement Workday Student by leading records, curriculum, advising functional areas while coordinating and supporting data conversion, integrations, security, and reporting teams -Lead and facilitate cross functional conversations with all functional areas across the Workday enterprise -Full Implementation cycle experience: project kick off, discovery and requirements gathering, gap analysis, design and architect specifications, data conversion and migration, configuration and functional training, unit/lifecycle/end to end testing, and post-production support -Support and display positive change management practices with customer project teams -Liaison between Alchemy and Workday as Student Academic Services Product Lead

-Develop demonstrations and perform end-user training on ERP software at over 40 institutions of higher education -Perform analysis of business processes, document resolutions and share findings with institutions to maximize productivity and efficiency -Support and facilitate client implementations of Banner Student by Ellucian -Execute rigorous regression testing for software upgrades and modernize test plans for future use by clients -Ensure successful client engagements by managing project timelines, identifying potential risks and ‘red flags’, and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders

-Manage and Coordinate Dynasty Hoops Club employees at designated site -Facilitate preparation and organization of entire competition site for events to operate efficiently -Assist in budgeting of up to $30,000 per tournament and scheduling of over 50 games

-Oversee and manage Varsity sports contests (volleyball, field hockey, basketball) -Work as Visiting Team Liaison and Officials Liaison at Varsity and JV football games -Prepare agenda for weekly Varsity Operations meetings, game summaries and credentials for contests, perform cost analyses, and update documents as seasons progress
