I support seven graduate business programs and host monthly online forums, group presentations and daily person consultations. I recently helped implement our new CRM system into all Graduate and Professional Studies programs.

Emeryville, Ca

Facilitated the admissions of new students in the college's audio, animation, motion graphic and game design programs. Worked with a database of over 3,000 students from their first inquiry and consulted with them about potential careers in their field of interest - even scheduling meeting with career counseling department who could talk about recent graduates and where they were working. Made sure that admitted students understood the financial commitments involved in enrolling in the program and worked closely with Financial Aid. Conducted daily tours of the campus for prospective students and lead presentations at large open house events.

San Francisco

Managed all aspects of a small campus in San Francisco including admissions and retention of students in our Information Technology and Heath care Services program. I oversaw the recruitment and assessment of staff including instructors, and I managed weekly and monthly budget forecasts and exceeded monthly sales targets on a regular basis. I coordinated the move of the San Francisco office to new location in Oakland and I developed professional training programs for private businesses and government agencies including the VA.
