High Speed Patrol Boat (HSPB).Nature of Job:* Working in real time projects in design of Pumps, Valves and Strainers, Gaskets.* Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main AssemblyDrawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for Equipments* Handling several piping systems like Seawater cooling, B&G, Fire main, Fresh watersystem, etc.* Pipe routing for different systems with proper supports in Cadmatic 3D software as perstandards.* Preparing & Checking of Equipment modeling in Cadmatic & Creo as per vendorbinding data.* Modeling equipments like Engine, DG, Propeller shaft, Heat Exchanger, etc.* Preparing & Checking of Production drawing extraction.* Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram.* Creating Spool extraction drawing.* Preparing & Checking of Bill of Materials.* Design and Modeling of Pumps and Motors based on requirements.* Comprehensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and computer-aidedengineering, GD&T.* Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and playactive role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new materials.* Creating Parametric Modeling of Valves, Strainers, Gaskets with proper geometric nodes.* Preparing SOTR for respective Vendors.* Familiar with ship classification society rules and regulations (LLOYDS, ABS, IRS,IMO, NES) and practical shipbuilding standards & procedures.* Preparation of Line list, Valve list and Equipment list.* Preparing Piping Material Specification, Pipe thickness calculation, Pipe flow analysis.* Familiar with - International Design codes & Dimensional standards.Viz: ANSI/ASME, API, BS, ASTM, ISO.
