• Negotiation of new order with buyer • Costing review with R&D merchandiser • Managing and monitoring business process and work-flows related to costing, planning, production and delivery. • Day to day follow-up and monitoring with merchandising team . • Communicate with business partners on regular basis to discuss product related issue and handle problems accordingly. • Responsible for planning and execution of production. Follow-up on confirmations and executing production as per plan rcvd from related dept • Attend weekly order review meeting with team • Problem analysis & trouble shooting as well as decision making in complex & stressful situation.• Attend the buyer meeting frequently for inside country & overseas as well • Basic knowledge of various garments cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, print & embroidery division
