I believe that everyone deserves to live the best life that they can. I think a way to make this possible is by building relationships through open conversation. I believe that by engaging in conversations when conflict arises, allows people to express their point of view and makes a pathway for understanding. Often when conflict occurs, the first thing to go is communication, which is the most important part of the conflict. With the absence of communication comes the shutting down of conversation channels between the two parties By opening up the conflict and allowing both sides to portray their point of view; allows for the possibility of compromise and understanding. I believe that most problems can be breached through communication and I would like to work towards positive communication styles.
