I have over 20 years of experience in the water industry at Louisville Water. I'm currently in my 4th term or 7th year as Union President and hold a Plumber Leader classification. At Louisville Water I'm on the Executive Leadership Team. I'm the V. President of AFSCME 962 Executive Board and also the Secretary Treasurer for the Louisville Labor Management Committee. I'm on the Heavy Equipment and Diesel Tech Advisory Board for Fairdale High School/JCPS. I hold a class A CDL and I'm and certified to operate Heavy Equipment, including Excavator, Skid Steer, Front Loader, Backhoe, Fork Lift, Bull Dozer etc.. I have trained employees in class A CDL, Heavy Equipment, and Fork Lift operating. I have many leadership roles here at Louisville Water that include planning, scheduling and conducting many meetings and activities that focus on the vision, mission and value of Louisville Water and Local 1683 strategic plan's. Fun Fact- I'm also the Head Coach of the 14's Unity Volleyball team
