Within the cardiovascular center I work directly with the adult congenital heart disease, electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic surgery providers. I prepare the patients for their appointments by reviewing their charts in Epic, taking vitals, performing EKGs, and placing event monitors if needed. I also work with the nurses to keep the flow of clinic by scheduling appointments, keeping rooms stocked, and helping the providers and the patients with anything that they need.
